Audubon Talent show, “Audubon After Hours,” will take place on Nov. 9 at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium. Admission will be free-will donation. The Audubon choir, a few Audubon band students, and a couple of extras will be participating in this event. So there will be about 60 students total participating.
Everyone has been working really hard this week to bring everything together. Ashley Hansen said, “I’ll be in the band so I’m looking forward to watching everyone else perform.” Hansen will be playing the flute and singing a song from "The Last Unicorn" with Alaina Torneten. Karl Segerborg, who is a AFS student from Sweden, will be joining the choir in the song “What does the fox say?”. Then he will be performing with Sean Card, who will be singing while Segerborg plays the guitar. After that he will be doing some sort of musical skit with Bradley Nissen.
This week has been a very busy week for everyone. As things progress, the students and staff are looking forward to the “Audubon After Hours” talent show. Band director Mr. Hoffmann thinks, “The turnout will be really good and the event will be different from anything we’ve done.” Everyone is looking forward to the 9th of Nov. to perform his or her parts in the “Audubon After Hours” talent Show.
