This year Thanksgiving lands on Nov. 28. Many traditions take place on this traditional holiday. When asked what his plans are for this Thanksgiving, sophomore Daniel Thoelke stated he was going to hang out with his brother who is coming home form college. They are going to eat a lot of turkey. Some people visit relatives and others stay home. Many people eat turkey and others eat ham. Whatever your preference is, the traditions stay the same.
Freshman Logan Holmes states that this Thanksgiving he will be going to his uncle’s house to enjoy a Thanksgiving tradition: frying the turkey, passed on for three generations. For junior Ashley Hansen it is a planning time for the upcoming Christmas season. Whatever you enjoy for the holiday whether it's eating turkey or traveling for family or staying home, it should be a very happy holiday.
